Order Form or Order definition

Order Form or Order means a physical or online application for Services submitted by the Customer to TPG whether described as an Order or an Order Form.

  • Any terms and conditions contained in any quote, invoice, purchase Order Form or Order Form that are inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be deemed stricken, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Accela with explicit reference to the accepted terms and conditions.
