  • The insurance policy has to be handed over to the Ordering Authority before first lot of material is issued to the contractor.

  • The supplier should forward the receipt obtained for such payment to the Ordering Authority to enable the Ordering Authority to reimburse the supplier and take other necessary action in the matter.

  • The decision of the ordering authority or any Officer authorized by him as to the quality of the supplied surgical and sutures etc., shall be final and bidding.6. Ordering Authority will be at liberty to terminate without assigning any reasons thereof the contract either wholly or in part on 30 days notice.
