Ordering Catalog means the electronic listing of items and their corresponding Contract unit prices available for ordering under this contract.

  • In the event of a price change not posting or an Ordering Catalog Contract Unit Price not computed in accordance with this clause, resulting in an incorrectly increased or decreased Contract Unit Price, the Prime Vendor shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer in writing and promptly thereafter correct its Ordering Catalog and submit a refund for any amounts paid to the Contractor resulting from the erroneous price.
