CONTRACT UNIT PRICES. (a) The product base list unit prices set forth in the contractor’s proposal dated July 2, 2018, and the final proposal discounts dated January 22, 2019 are applicable to the items specified in this contract and are shown on page 11 of this contract. (b) Additions to the above item. The unit prices and initial delivery schedules for any item(s) added to the initial list of contract items shall be established based on negotiations between the Government and the Contractor. The unit prices must be determined fair and reasonable by the Contracting Officer prior to addition to the contract.

CONTRACT UNIT PRICES. The Contract Unit Prices are subject to "Tender Document Form: Form of Tender" in addition to this "Tender Document Form: Contract Prices". 1.1 Payment for services rendered and goods supplied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract shall be based on the requirements of the "Tender Document Form: Form of Tender" in addition to the following: (a) The Total Contract Price bid shall be firm and quoted in Canadian funds. (e) The Total Contract Price includes all costs associated with provision of a full service snow and ice management program between the period of November 15th and April 15th each Year, including, but not limited to: Plowing, shovelling, salting, loading, hauling and dumping of snow, and delivery and drop off to the Vendor’s designated snow storage facility as specified in “Scope of Work” and as per the “General Conditions of the Contract.”

  • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Unit Price Unless the bidder clearly indicates that the price is based on consideration of being awarded the entire lot and that an adjustment to the price was made based on receiving the entire bid, any difference between the unit price correctly extended and the total price shown for all items shall be offered shall be resolved in favor of the unit price.

  • Unit Price Work Work to be paid for on the basis of unit prices as defined and described in the Contract Documents. A percentage markup for overhead or profit shall be included in all unit prices.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Contract Number All purchase orders issued by purchasing entities within the jurisdiction of this Addendum shall include the Participating State Addendum Number: 46151504-NASPO-17-ACS. This Addendum and Master Agreement number RFP-NK-15-001 (administered by the State of Colorado) together with its exhibits, set forth the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of all previous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Terms and conditions inconsistent with, contrary or in addition to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Contract, together with its exhibits, shall not be added to or incorporated into this Addendum or the Contract and its exhibits, by any subsequent purchase order or otherwise, and any such attempts to add or incorporate such terms and conditions are hereby rejected. The terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Contract and its exhibits shall prevail and govern in the case of any such inconsistent or additional terms within the Participating State.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.

  • C1 Contract Price In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Unit Pricing If required by the Bid Specifications, the Bidder should insert the price per unit specified and the price extensions in decimals, not to exceed four places for each item unless otherwise specified, in the Bid. In the event of a discrepancy between the unit price and the extension, the unit price shall govern unless, in the sole judgment of the Commissioner, such unit pricing is obviously erroneous.

  • Quantity If Seller delivers more than the quantity of Goods ordered, Buyer may reject all or any excess Goods. Any such rejected Goods shall be returned to Seller at Seller's risk and expense. If Buyer does not reject the Goods and instead accepts the delivery of Goods at the increased or reduced quantity, the Price for the Goods shall be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
