Organic Revenue Growth definition

Organic Revenue Growth means the average annual growth in organic revenue over the Performance Period expressed as a percentage rate. Growth in organic revenue is defined as constant currency growth excluding revenue growth due to acquisitions in the current period if the comparable prior period had no revenue from the same acquisition and revenue decreases due to business divestitures in the current period or the comparable prior period.
Organic Revenue Growth means the growth in revenue exclusive of the impact of foreign exchange rate changes, acquisitions, divestitures, transfers between business units, investment income, reimbursable expenses, and unusual items.

More Definitions of Organic Revenue Growth

Organic Revenue Growth means the percentage increase in the Company’s Organic Revenue for any fiscal year relative to the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Company.
