Organic Revenue definition

Organic Revenue means the total revenue of the Company (determined on a consolidated basis) for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee. For purposes of this Agreement, revenue will not take into account the impact, if any, of a disposition of any of the Company’s business units, division or assets (or any part of a business unit or division) during the Performance Period or acquisition of any business or assets during the Performance Period.
Organic Revenue means total revenues, as determined under GAAP and recorded in our audited financial statement excluding the impact of acquisitions, dispositions, and the translation impact of foreign currency rates changes. Organic Revenue attributed to a business divested from us during the performance period is excluded for all purposes, and all Organic Revenue attributable to each business acquired during the performance period is excluded from the annual Organic Revenue in each annual period during the performance period.
Organic Revenue means the Company’s revenue, on a constant currency basis, excluding (i) revenue associated with acquisitions, divestitures and discontinuations and similar events, as determined by the Committee and (ii) the impact of foreign currency exchange rates.

More Definitions of Organic Revenue

Organic Revenue means, with respect to a particular fiscal year during a Performance Period, the sum of (i) annualized investment advisory services and administration fees generated by the Company in such year relating to the sale/redemption of products or provision of services to new or existing clients in accordance with the firm’s AUM policy (excluding (A) fees from the Company’s cash management businesses and securities lending businesses and (B) fees derived from capital gains and dividend reinvestment) and (ii) annualized recurring revenue generated by the Company in such year from the sale of Aladdin products and services to new or existing clients.
Organic Revenue means Non-GAAP total operating revenue for the fiscal year in question less any revenues associated with acquisitions in that particular fiscal year. For the avoidance of doubt, “acquisitions” shall not include general business development (e.g., entering a new distribution channel or entering into an agreement with a new private label partner).
Organic Revenue is defined as “core commissions and fees” less (i) the core commissions and fees earned for the first twelve months by newly-acquired operations and (ii) divested business (core commissions and fees generated from offices, books of business or niches sold or terminated during the comparable period).
