Original Debentures definition

Original Debentures means all Debentures other than Exchange Debentures and Unrestricted Debentures.
Original Debentures means the Restricted Global Debenture and the Restricted Certificated Debentures.
Original Debentures shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals.
