Original Final Redemption Date definition

Original Final Redemption Date means 31 October 2022 (or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day and if permitted under the CSD’s applicable regulations, on the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention).

  • If the Request is approved in the Written Procedure, the Original Final Redemption Date of the Amended and Restated Bonds will be extended to 31 October 2022 (the “New Final Redemption Date”),or, following an Optional Redemption Event (as defined below) further extended to 31 October 2024 (the “Extended Final Redemption Date”).

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Initial Redemption Date means, with respect to any Note or portion thereof to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.1(b), the date on or after which such Note or portion thereof may be redeemed as determined by or pursuant to the Indenture or a Note Certificate of Supplemental Indenture.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that if the Company combines its outstanding REIT Shares, no Specified Redemption Date shall occur after the record date of such combination of REIT Shares and prior to the effective date of such combination.

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Date means the date that falls twenty Business Days following the Valuation Date on which the Calculation Agent has determined the Final Preference Share Redemption Amount or, if earlier, the first Auto-Call Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred.

  • Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Optional Redemption Notice Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
