Original Security Document definition
Original Security Document has the meaning specified in Section 10.23.
Original Security Document means any Original Loan Document that grants Lender an interest in Collateral to secure the Original Loan, including any mortgage, deed of trust or security agreement.
Original Security Document means a Security Document (as defined in the Original Credit Agreement).
