Original Units definition

Original Units has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Original Units means, collectively, (a) all of the issued and outstanding Class A Units of the Company (the “Original Class A Units”), (b) all of the issued and outstanding Class A-1 Units of the Company (the “Original Class A-1 Units”) and (c) all of the issued and outstanding Class B Units of the Company, in each case, as defined in the Prior LLC Agreement.

More Definitions of Original Units

Original Units means the Class A Units, the Class C Units and the Class D Units (each as defined on Exhibit A to the Original LLC Agreement) of the Company.
Original Units means the Class A Units and Class B Units (each as defined in Section I of the Second A&R LLC Agreement) of the Company.
Original Units means the Class A Units of the Company outstanding immediately prior to the effectiveness of this Agreement.
Original Units means all of the issued and outstanding Preferred Units and Common Units (each as defined in the Prior Agreement) and Converted Class P Units immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Original Units means the Class F Units, the Class P Units and the Class M Units (each as defined in Section 3.3(a) of the Original LLC Agreement) of the Company.
