Originator Daily Report means a report prepared by an Originator on each date of contribution or sale, as the case may be, of Receivables to the Company pursuant to and in accordance with the applicable Origination Agreement, substantially in the form of Schedule 11 to the U.S. Receivables Loan Agreement.
