Other Investment Programs definition

Other Investment Programs means additional investment partnerships, pooled investment vehicles, co-investment vehicles, separate accounts, managed accounts, funds-of-one or customized investment programs, including investment funds having similar investment objectives as the Company, and other entities that have been or are hereafter established by Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.
Other Investment Programs means investment funds, REITs, vehicles, accounts, products and/or other similar arrangements sponsored, advised and/or managed by the Advisor or its affiliates, whether currently in existence or subsequently established (in each case, including any related successor funds, alternative vehicles, separately managed accounts, supplemental capital vehicles, surge funds, over-flow funds, co-investment vehicles and other entities formed in connection with Advisor (and affiliate) side-by-side investments with respect thereto).

Related to Other Investment Programs

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;
