Other Rent billed for the month in which the applicable Closing Date occurs will be prorated based on the actual number of days in the month during which the applicable Closing Date occurs and Seller will be entitled to such Other Rent for the period on and before the Proration Time, and Purchaser will be entitled to such Other Rent for the period after the Proration Time.
