Other Rent definition

Other Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b)(iv).

Other Rent means all sums payable as rent pursuant to the Lease other than the Rent

Other Rent is sometimes used herein to refer to any and all other sums payable by Tenant hereunder, including, but not limited to, parking charges. Tenant agrees to pay Other Rent upon demand by Landlord and that Other Rent is to be treated in the same manner as Rent hereunder, both in terms of the lien for Rent herein provided and in terms of the default provisions herein contained.

More Definitions of Other Rent

Other Rent is defined in Section 2.2.

Other Rent means, with respect to any Lease Supplement, any rent payable under such Lease Supplement in excess of Guaranteed Rent.

Other Rent billed for the month in which the applicable Closing Date occurs will be prorated based on the actual number of days in the month during which the applicable Closing Date occurs and Seller will be entitled to such Other Rent for the period on and before the Proration Time, and Purchaser will be entitled to such Other Rent for the period after the Proration Time. All Rentals payable by each Tenant whose Lease commences on or after the Closing shall belong entirely to Purchaser, including any pre-paid Rentals received by Seller. Should Other Rent be received subsequent to Closing by Purchaser which belongs to Seller, it will be promptly remitted to Seller, and should Other Rent be received subsequent to Closing by Seller which belongs to Purchaser, it will promptly be remitted to Purchaser. All Other Rent shall be subject to the Final Closing Adjustment in accordance with Section 2.5.
