Other Tax Liabilities definition

Other Tax Liabilities means all liabilities for Other Taxes.
Other Tax Liabilities means the net amount of Other Taxes due and paid or payable for any taxable period or transaction, after applying all tax offsets and credits.
Other Tax Liabilities means all obligations and liabilities for Taxes attributable to the Transferred Business (other than Income Tax Liabilities).
