Otis Savings Restoration Plan definition

Otis Savings Restoration Plan means the Otis Savings Restoration Plan which is an Otis Deferred Compensation Plan established pursuant to Sections 2.03(b) and 6.02.

  • Health Savings Account means an account as permitted under section 223 of the internal revenue code of 1986, 26 USC 223.
