Outgoings definition

Outgoings means rates or charges on the Land by any competent authority (for example, council rates, water rates, fire service levies) but excludes land tax;
Outgoings means water, electricity, gas, telephone and telecommunications charges.
Outgoings means all charges made for the supply and use of gas, electricity, water and excess water, telecommunications and other similar services on the Licensed Area including, without limitation, utilities exclusively used in or charged against the Licensed Area.

Outgoings means all or any of: all existing and future rates, taxes, duties, charges, and financial impositions charged on the Premises except for: tax (other than VAT) on the Rent payable; and any tax arising from the Landlord's dealing with its own interests; Supply Costs for the Premises and any Plant; and a fair and reasonable proportion of the Outgoings referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this definition charged in respect of the Premises and any other parts of the Estate to the extent that those amounts do not form part of the Service Costs;
