Overflow Parking definition

Overflow Parking means those certain locations off Airport for use by TENANT as overflow parking.
Overflow Parking. Is only used for your second vehicle or for visitors. Guest Parking: The preferred location is at the RV site the guest is visiting. If this is not possible or practical, Guest will need to park in overflow parking. Prohibited Vehicles: Vehicles prohibited from being parked or stored on any lot RV space, or overflow parking include:
Overflow Parking means that area designated by the County not included as part of the Ready/Return Spaces or the Service Area parking spaces where the Operator may temporarily park excess rental car vehicles for a limited period of time. The rental rate for use of the spaces will be at fifty percent (50%) of the applicable Ready/Return Space rental amount.

Examples of Overflow Parking in a sentence

  • In the event TENANT submitted a proposal under the Request for Proposal PM 1121-0390-0039 that included Overflow Parking, at the commencement of this Lease, or upon written request during the term of the lease, TENANT will be assigned an Overflow Parking area based on the proposal submitted under the Request for Proposal.

  • Should this Lease be terminated during an annual period, or should the first Annual Period be other than a full calendar year, the applicable MAG, Ready Car Parking Area Rent, Common Area Rent, and Overflow Parking Rent shall be prorated on the basis of a three hundred sixty (360) day year.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the Ready Car Parking Area Rent, Common Area Rent, or Overflow Parking Rent be reduced by any such adjustment.

  • Special Function guests MUST park in the authorized Overflow Parking (old Flight Line).

Related to Overflow Parking

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:
