RV Site definition

RV Site means a surveyed portion of the Lands to which a Member has an interest in the land and exclusive use granted by the Corporation.
RV Site means a portion of the Lands on which a Member may situate their RV, or to which such Member has exclusive use granted by the Corporation.
RV Site or “RV Lot” means that portion of the Lands set out on the Proposed Resort Layout attached as Schedule “B” and identified on Schedule “C” for the use of a particular Owner;

  • Once Licensee’s RV is sited at the RV Site, Licensee agrees not to change the RV’s location or orientation without prior approval by Licensor.

  • Licensee’s first month’s payment will be prorated based on date of Check-In. The license rates stated above are based on occupancy of the RV Site by a maximum of two adults together with a maximum of two children under the age of 12 for a total of FOUR MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS.

  • Licensee’s adult guests may not occupy Licensee’s RV Site for more than 30 days per calendar year.

RV Site means that portion of the Land that will be developed as a Retirement Village in terms of the Housing Development Schemes for Retired Persons Act, Act Number 65 of 1988, as amended, and indicated as such on the SDP;
RV Site means the recreational vehicle site pad located within the Lands in the Development reserved for the use by the Owner, as described above, and includes where applicable any RV located on the RV Site;
