Oversight Officials means, interchangeably and collectively as context requires, the Special Deputy Inspector General for SBLF Program Oversight, the Inspector General of the Department of the Treasury, and the Comptroller General of the United States.

  • Since the University recognizes that Conflicts of Interest may occur during research, this policy is intended to assist Research Oversight Officials in determining when they have Conflicts of Interest in research and to guide them in disclosing all potential conflicts and then, as appropriate, cooperating in the management or elimination of the conflicts.

  • Officials means the director(s) of the Company and other persons nominated by the Company;

Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.

  • Enforcement Official means the Director of Public Works or his or her designee.

  • Foreign Official means a Person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any Governmental Authority.

  • FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration, or any successor agency thereto.
