Project applicant means the person submitting a Landscape Documentation Package required under Section 2.1 to request a permit, plan check, or design review from the local agency. A project applicant may be the property owner or his or her designee.
Co-Applicant means an employer or potential employer.
Owner/Operator means a requirement applies to the owner and/or operator of a TRU or TRU gen set, as determined by agreement or contract between the parties if the two are separate business entities.
Applicant shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.10.
Owner-builder means an owner or lessor of real property who, by himself or by or through others, constructs or has constructed or reconstructs or has reconstructed any improvement to real property.
Job applicant means a person, independent contractor, or person working for an independent contractor who applies to become an employee of the school district in a position that does not require a commercial driver’s license, and includes a person who has received a job offer made contingent on the person’s passing drug or alcohol testing. Job applicants for positions requiring a commercial driver’s license are governed by the provisions of the school district’s drug and alcohol testing policy relating to school bus drivers (Section III.).
Land use applicant means a property owner, or the property owner's designee, who submits a land use application regarding the property owner's land.
Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.
Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.
Owner of record The meaning set forth in the System Description.
Owner means the person in whose name American Depositary Shares are registered on the books of the Depositary maintained for that purpose.
Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
single applicant means an applicant who neither has a partner nor is a lone parent;
Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.
Destroyed Mortgage Note A Mortgage Note the original of which was permanently lost or destroyed and has not been replaced.
Qualified applicant means an owner or lessee of a qualified
Domestic appliance means an appliance (including a dishwasher, a washing machine and waste disposal unit) in a House and "communal or commercial appliance" means an appliance (including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a waste disposal unit) elsewhere than in a House (including in communal facilities);
Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.
Qualified Mortgage Insurer Any mortgage insurer that is Xxxxxx Xxx and Xxxxxxx Mac approved.
Owner’s Title Policy means those certain ALTA extended coverage owner’s policies of title insurance issued in connection with the closing of the Mortgage Loan insuring the Mortgage Borrower as the owner of the Property.
FHA Approved Mortgagee means a corporation or institution approved as a mortgagee by the FHA under the National Housing Act, as amended from time to time, and applicable FHA Regulations, and eligible to own and service mortgage loans such as the FHA Loans.
The applicant means the person seeking the planning permission, not an agent acting on his or her behalf.
ALTA means American Land Title Association, or any successor thereto.
co-operative society means a body registered in India under the Co-operative Societies Act, 1912;
Lien Certificate means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, an original certificate of title, certificate of lien or other notification issued by the Registrar of Titles of the applicable state to a secured party which indicates that the lien of the secured party on the Financed Vehicle is recorded on the original certificate of title. In any jurisdiction in which the original certificate of title is required to be given to the Obligor, the term “Lien Certificate” shall mean only a certificate or notification issued to a secured party. For Financed Vehicles registered in states which issue confirmation of the lienholder’s interest electronically, the “Lien Certificate” may consist of notification of an electronic recordation, by either a third party service provider or the relevant Registrar of Titles of the applicable state, which indicates that the lien of the secured party on the Financed Vehicle is recorded on the original certificate of title on the electronic lien and title system of the applicable state.
Owners Corporation means the Owners’ corporation of the Lot and the Development incorporated and registered under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344);
