Owner Permits definition

Owner Permits means the Permits listed in Attachment Q and any other Permits (not listed in either Attachment P or Attachment Q) necessary for performance of the Work or the operation of the Liquefaction Facility and which are required to be obtained in Owner’s name pursuant to Applicable Law.
Owner Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.8.
Owner Permits means all Applicable Permits set forth on Part II of Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Owner Permits

Owner Permits means those Permits required to be obtained by Owner, as set forth on Exhibit H.
Owner Permits means all Permits required to be obtained from governmental authorities pursuant to Laws that the Purchaser needs to own and operate the System and which the Purchaser would have had to obtain if it were constructing the System itself.
