  • HUCKINS and OWNER both acknowledge that the Boat Yard is an inherently dangerous place because of, among other things, tools, equipment, electrical lines, air lines, boat lines, paint, grease, gasoline and related hazards, and by virtue of OWNER having access to the Boat and the Boat Yard, that (1) dangers to the safety of OWNER and Owner Related Parties is unavoidable, and (2) hazards to HUCKINS and its employees and agents and to other yacht owners and their invitees is increased.

  • I further understand that other persons will be permitted to use the Unmanned Fitness Center and that neither Owner nor any one or more of the Owner Related Parties shall supervise or have any responsibility for the acts or omissions of such other persons.

Related to Owner Related Parties

  • Seller Related Parties means Seller and its Affiliates, and their respective fiduciaries, shareholders, equity holders, members, managers, partners, directors, divisions, officers, managers, executives, employees, independent contractors, freelancers, consultants and other Representatives, and the successors and assigns of each of them.

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Seller Related Party means Seller and its officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.

  • Related Party Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19 herein.
