Agency Personnel definition

Agency Personnel means all of the employees of Agency that Agency agrees to supply to City for the purposes of fulfilling Agency’s obligations under this Agreement. “Agency Personnel” includes, but is not limited to, Agency’s LEOs.
Agency Personnel means persons who are engaged through a third-party agency.

  • Agency shall disseminate those City MPD Policies to Agency Personnel, and shall train Agency Personnel on those City MPD Policies before the Convention Security Period.

  • The City shall indemnify Agency for Agency’s liability to third parties incurred while Agency Personnel are acting within the scope of their employment with Agency to fulfill the terms of this Agreement; provided, however, that City’s liability to Agency shall cease upon the exhaustion of the limits of the law enforcement liability insurance policy the City obtains pursuant to Section 6.3 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Agency Personnel

Agency Personnel means any and all of the employees of Agency that Agency agrees to supply to City for the purposes of fulfilling Agency’s obligations under this Agreement. “Agency Personnel” includes firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, HazMat team members and other fire and rescue personnel employed by the Agency that are licensed or certified to perform such work according to Wisconsin state law and the local laws of the Agency.
Agency Personnel means those personnel who have entered into a contract for services with Network Rail to provide services in connection with the Works exclusively to Network Rail;
Agency Personnel means those personnel who have entered into a contract for services with Network Rail to provide services in connection with the Services; Contractors’ Costs means the costs to Network Rail of any contractors engaged by Network Rail in connection with the observance and performance of its obligations in relation to the Services, plus the properly incurred expenses and disbursements of those contractors; Expenses and Disbursements means the expenses and disbursements incurred by Network Rail in relation to the Services, in connection with:
Agency Personnel means any and all personnel, including but not limited to Agents who are employees or independent contractors of the Agency and any Customer Representatives that are appointed by the Agency, who perform work relating to Citizens business under the supervision of the Agency.
