Symantec will have reasonable operational control of the Paid Search Services, and Digital River will provide such services to Symantec at Symantec’s direction.
Either party may, by providing the other party with prior thirty (30) days written notice of termination, terminate the Paid Search Services.
Any such termination shall not affect the parties’ rights and obligations with respect to the Paid Search Services used prior to such termination.
