Parent Joinder Agreement definition

Parent Joinder Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit L (or otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent).
Parent Joinder Agreement means the Parent Joinder Agreement executed on November 15, 2000, and substantially in the format of Exhibit ”D” to the Existing Credit Agreement.
