Parent Owned Intellectual Property definition

Parent Owned Intellectual Property means all material Intellectual Property owned by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Since January 1, 2013, to the Knowledge of Parent, no Person has infringed, misappropriated or otherwise violated any Parent Owned Intellectual Property Rights, except as was not and would not reasonably be expected to be, individually or in the aggregate, material to Parent and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

More Definitions of Parent Owned Intellectual Property

Parent Owned Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property (including Registered Intellectual Property) owned or purported to be owned by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by the Company, in whole or in part.
