Parent Shareholder Meeting definition

Parent Shareholder Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Parent Shareholder Meeting means the meeting of the holders of Parent Common Shares for the purpose of seeking the Parent Shareholder Approval, including any postponement or adjournment thereof.

More Definitions of Parent Shareholder Meeting

Parent Shareholder Meeting means the duly called and held meeting of the holders of Parent Common Shares for the purpose of seeking the Parent Shareholder Approval, including any postponement or adjournment thereof.
