Parent Systems definition

Parent Systems means the refined petroleum product, crude oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquid and other pipelines, lateral lines, pumps, pump stations, storage facilities, terminals, processing plants, and other related operations, assets, machinery and equipment that are owned by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries or used for the conduct of the business of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries as it is presently conducted.
Parent Systems shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(f).
Parent Systems has the meaning specified in Section 5.18(a).

Parent Systems means all computer, hardware, software, systems, and equipment (including embedded microcontrollers in non-computer equipment) embedded within or required to operate the current products of the Parent and the Parent Subsidiaries, and/or material to or necessary for Parent and the 36
Parent Systems shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.9(f).
Parent Systems means the hardware (whether general purpose or special purpose), servers, circuits, platforms, computers, cable, networks and other computer systems that are owned by, or used in the operation of the business of, any of the Parent Entities.
Parent Systems means the material computer and data processing systems, material maintenance service agreements, and material information and material communications technologies used in the businesses of Parent and its Subsidiaries. Agreement and Plan of Merger
Parent Systems means all computer, hardware, software, systems, and equipment (including embedded microcontrollers in non-computer equipment) embedded within the current products of Parent and its subsidiaries, and/or material to or necessary for Parent and its subsidiaries to carry on their respective businesses as currently conducted; and (ii) "Parent Year 2000 Compliant" means that Parent Systems will (A) manage, accept, process, store and output data involving dates reasonably expected to be encountered in the foreseeable future and (B) accurately process date data from, into and between the 20th and 21st centuries and each date during the years 1999 and 2000.
Parent Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(j).

Related to Parent Systems

  • Company Systems means all Software (including Company Products), computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology, electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems (including any outsourced systems and processes) that are owned, leased, licensed or used by or for, or otherwise relied on by, the Company or its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their businesses.

  • Component System means, as of its relevant License Effective Date, each Listed System and each Support Function that is part of the Licensed System and, subsequent to a relevant License Effective Date, such Listed Systems and Support Functions as they may be changed as provided in subsection (b) of the definition of Licensed System.

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • IT Systems means all software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data, and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) in the current conduct of the business of the Loan Parties.

  • Company IT Systems means all Software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company.
