Output Data definition
Output Data means any information sent by the System to the Service Provider Client via the Service Provider Network ;
Output Data means the various reports, alerts, analytics, recommendations, and notices that the Services generate, provide, and make available to Customer.
Output Data means the output data resulting from the processing of the Input Data on the Client’s system.

Supplier is obligated to assign, and hereby does assign, to Requester, with full title guarantee, all right, title and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights in the Output Data and the Deliverables.
The assignment under this clause shall take effect from the date on which the relevant Output Data is created.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Order, Requester will own all Intellectual Property Rights in the Output Data.
More Definitions of Output Data
Output Data means data created by the ECB within the scope of credit data and counterparty reference data;
