Parent Trustee definition

Parent Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
Parent Trustee means Xxxxxx Trustees (Jersey) Limited, a company incorporated in Jersey, whose registered office is at 2nd Floor Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx House, 00-00 Xxxxxxxxx, Xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0 0XX acting exclusively in its capacity as the trustee of the Parent Trust.
