Parity Bond Resolutions definition

Parity Bond Resolutions means (a) Resolution No. R2009-16, adopted on September 29, 2009, (b) Resolution No. R2012-16, adopted on June 28, 2012, (c) Resolution No. R2015-16, adopted on July 23, 2015, (d) Resolution No. R2015-17, adopted on July 23, 2015, (e) Resolution No. R2016-32 and Resolution No. R2016-34, each adopted on November 29, 2016, and (f) any subsequent resolution adopted by the Board to authorize the issuance of Future Parity Bonds in accordance with Section 16(b) (Issuance of Future Bonds).

Parity Bond Resolutions means, collectively, the Series 2010 Bond Resolution, the Series 2011 Bond Resolution, the 2012 Bond Resolution and the Series 2020 Bond Resolution.

Parity Bond Resolutions means, collectively, the resolutions authorizing the issuance of the 2007A Bonds, the 2010B Bonds, the 2013A Bonds, the 2016A Bonds, the 2017A Bonds, the 2017B Bonds, the 2019A Bonds and any resolutions hereafter adopted by the District authorizing the issuance of Additional Parity Bonds.

Examples of Parity Bond Resolutions in a sentence

• Upon any such resignation, the Trustee shall be deemed to have resigned as trustee under the Senior Bond Resolution, any Parity Bond Resolutions and any Parity Bond Indentures.

• The District may issue at any time Subordinate Lien Obligations and enter into Subordinate Financial Products Agreements and Subordinate Credit Facility Obligations, provided that no events of default have occurred and are continuing under the Senior Bond Resolution, this Indenture, any Parity Bond Resolutions, any Parity Bond Indentures, any Parity Financial Products Agreements or any Parity Credit Facility Obligations.

• This Bond is one of the fully registered The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority Sales Tax and Motor Vehicle Excise Tax [Refunding and] Improvement Bonds, Series , described in the 2015 Parity Bond Series Resolution.” The authorized signing of a Certificate of Authentication shall be conclusive evidence that the 2015 Parity Bond of such Series so authenticated has been duly executed, authenticated and delivered and is entitled to the benefits of the 2015 Parity Bond Resolutions.

Parity Bond Resolutions has the meaning set forth in the Indenture. “Parity Bonds” has the meaning set forth in the Indenture.

Parity Bond Resolutions means (ia) Resolution No. R2005-02, adopted on Xxxxx 00, 0000, (xx) Resolution No. R2007-22, adopted on December 18, 2007, (iii) Resolution No. R2009-16, adopted on September 29, 2009, (ivb) Resolution No. R2012-16, adopted on June 28, 2012, (c) Resolution No. R2015-16, adopted on July 23, 2015, (d) Resolution No. R2015-17, adopted on July 23, 2015, (e) Resolution No. R2016-32 and Resolution No. R2016-34, each adopted on November 29, 2016, and (vf) any subsequent resolution adopted by the Board to authorize the issuance of Future Parity Bonds in accordance with Section 16(b).

Parity Bond Resolutions means any agreements or other instruments hereafter entered into by the Authority with respect to Parity Bonds and, without duplication, any resolutions hereafter adopted by the Authority authorizing the issuance of Parity Bonds.

Parity Bond Resolutions means jointly the Series 2010-C Resolution, the Series 2012 Resolution, the Series 2015 Resolution, the Series 2017 Resolution, the Series 2018 Resolution, the Series 2019 Resolution, the Ordinance, this Resolution, and the ordinances and resolutions under which any additional Parity Bonds shall be issued.

Parity Bond Resolutions means the Series 1999-A Bond Resolution, the Series 2004-A Bond Resolution, the Series 2012 Bond Resolution, this Series 2013 Bond Resolution, and other Supplemental Resolutions under which any other Parity Bonds shall be issued.

Parity Bond Resolutions means the resolution authorizing the 2012 Bond Resolution, the 2019 Bond Resolution, the 2020 Bond Resolution and any resolutions or agreements hereafter entered into by the District with respect to Parity Bonds and, without duplication, any resolutions hereafter adopted by the Board authorizing the issuance of Parity Bonds.

Parity Bond Resolutions means the resolutions adopted by the Governing Authority of the Issuer on November 4, 2002, March 15, 2004, and April 27, 2005, respectively, authorizing the issuance of the Outstanding Parity Obligations.
