Parity Bond Resolutions definition

Parity Bond Resolutions means (a) Resolution No. R2009-16, adopted on September 29, 2009, (b) Resolution No. R2012-16, adopted on June 28, 2012, (c) Resolution No. R2015-16, adopted on July 23, 2015, (d) Resolution No. R2015-17, adopted on July 23, 2015, (e) Resolution No. R2016-32 and Resolution No. R2016-34, each adopted on November 29, 2016, and (f) any subsequent resolution adopted by the Board to authorize the issuance of Future Parity Bonds in accordance with Section 16(b) (Issuance of Future Bonds).
Parity Bond Resolutions means, collectively, the resolutions authorizing the issuance of the 2007A Bonds, the 2010B Bonds, the 2013A Bonds, the 2016A Bonds, the 2017A Bonds, the 2017B Bonds, the 2019A Bonds and any resolutions hereafter adopted by the District authorizing the issuance of Additional Parity Bonds.
Parity Bond Resolutions means, collectively, the Series 2010 Bond Resolution, the Series 2011 Bond Resolution, the 2012 Bond Resolution and the Series 2020 Bond Resolution.
