Parking Bays definition

Parking Bays means the parking bays allocated to the relevant Sections in terms of Section 10 (7) and 10 (8) of the STSMA indicated as such on the Parking Allocation Plan

Parking Bays means the Parking bays allocated to a Unit, for the exclusive use of the Parking Bay by the Owner/Occupant of the Unit,in terms of the provisions of Section 10 of the STSMA and as allocated in the Management Rules;

Parking Bays means the number of parking bays and/or garages as indicated in the Lease Information available for use by the Lessee at the Leased Premises, if any;

More Definitions of Parking Bays

Parking Bays means the parking bay(s) to be acquired by the Purchaser, as more fully described in paragraph 2 of the Schedule and further identified on the attached Plans;
