Parking Rent means $-NONE-per month.

More Definitions of Parking Rent

Parking Rent. Lessor's prevailing monthly charge for assigned and unassigned spaces in the parking garage adjacent to the Building on the property described on Exhibit "B" (the "Parking Facilities"). Lessor and Lessee stipulate that such prevailing rates, for the first 60 months of the Lease Term are $0.00 per space per month for unassigned spaces and $0.00 per space per month for assigned spaces. In addition to the foregoing, Parking Rent shall also include any taxes levied by any governmental authorities on such Parking Rent, which additional amount shall be paid by Lessee on demand from Lessor.
Parking Rent payable under Section 2.3 and any and all charges or other amounts that the Tenant is obligated to pay to the Landlord under this Lease, other than the Base Rent and the TI Rent.
Parking Rent means the amount specified as such in Section 1.1(f) as may be amended by written agreement of the Landlord and the Tenant from time to time.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • Minimum Rent means the sum of Sixty-Six Million One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-Six Dollars ($66,176,526) per annum; subject, in each case, to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Annual Rent means the amount payable by Tenant to Landlord in respect of each year of the Term under Article 4.01.
