Parking Services Manager definition
Parking Services Manager means an Officer for the time being appointed to that post by the Harrogate Borough Council;
Parking Services Manager means a person appointed by the Council to administer the powers conferred on the Council by the 1984 Act and the 1991 Act with respect to this and other Traffic Regulation Orders.
