Parking Unit definition

Parking Unit means a quantity of parking area in a Block Face or Parking Lot of a size equivalent to the size of a Car Parking Slot.

Parking Unit means any of the Units identified as such in Schedule C hereof and includes all of the components thereof as further set out within this Declaration;

Parking Unit means each parking unit in the Condominium to be registered against the Leslieville Project Lands;

• BAHA hereby covenants that it will observe and inspect the physical condition of the ABAG Unit, the MetroCenter of which it is a part, including without limitation the Common Area, the Library Unit, the Meeting Room Unit, the Parking Unit and the Cafeteria Unit.

More Definitions of Parking Unit

Parking Unit means the unit located within DTMB, State Facilities Administration which is in charge of 1 or more parking facilities as designated by the director.

Parking Unit means a parking unit to be calculated as specified in paragraph 6.4, 7.4, 8.4 or 8A.2.

Parking Unit means the Unit located at the Property comprising the structured parking garage containing approximately 636 parking spaces intended to be operated in the Improvements.

Parking Unit means the three hundred and sixty (360) parking spaces to be contained within the Parking Structure for use by the Retail Component and contained within the portion of the demise of this Lease within the Parking Structure, together with an Easement with respect to common areas within the Parking Structure such as common ramps, driveways and doors for ingress and egress to and from the Parking Structure;

Parking Unit means the “Parking Unit” as defined in the Condominium Declaration and as shown on the Condominium Plans, which is intended to be operated exclusively on a valet basis.

Parking Unit means any Unit designated by the Declaration as a Parking Unit to be used for parking purposes.
