Part Cargo definition

Part Cargo means a quantity of Crude Oil under the Contract which is loaded and transported on a Vessel together with other cargo which is bought or sold by Third Parties.
Part Cargo means a quantity of Condensate nominated by the Shipper to be loaded on a vessel together with other Part Cargoes nominated by the Shipper or by another shipper. Part Cargoes will always have the same main Cargo Reference Number.
