Partner Council definition

Partner Council means one of the following local authorities: Hastings District Council, Napier City Council and Hawke’s Bay Regional Council.
Partner Council means each Council entering into this Agreement
Partner Council and “Partner” means the Councils who’s elected Members have voting rights on the Joint Waste Management Board as detailed in paragraph 5.1.1. “Partners" means the Partner Councils collectively

  • Councillor delegates and deputies will be appointed by each Partner Council following local government elections.

  • Partner Council contributions are based on population size as a percentage of the regional population.

  • Each Partner Council shall ensure that their respective direct debits are only cancellable by two senior officers.
