PASS Services means the personal assistance safety services described in Exhibit A-1 to this Agreement.

Examples of PASS Services in a sentence

  • HTI will make the HTI Operational System fully operational and the PASS Services and the MBTA Services available to all Subscribers in Enabled Vehicles and LCT Enabled Vehicles not later than the Commencement Date in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • If any Chinese OSRAM company is the provider of the PASS Services, the laws of China shall govern and the matter heard before the courts in Hong Kong.

  • HTI shall have the right to assess charges against Subscribers whose use of the PASS Services and MBTA Services exceed certain limitations *** (collectively, “Excessive Use Charges”) and which Excessive Use Charges shall not constitute Subscription Fees or Ancillary Fees.

  • Based on the response of Seller, concerned Engineer-in-Charge/Purchaser for the Projects and/or OIC in case of O&M would recommend for continuation or discontinuation of such Seller from the business of GAIL.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement.   • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
