PASS Services definition

PASS Services means the personal assistance safety services described in Exhibit A-1 to this Agreement.
PASS Services means the services to be provided by ESCO under the PASS Plan.
PASS Services has the meaning set forth in Schedule II(A).

Examples of PASS Services in a sentence

  • HTI will make the HTI Operational System fully operational and the PASS Services and the MBTA Services available to all Subscribers in Enabled Vehicles and LCT Enabled Vehicles not later than the Commencement Date in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • In addition to the PASS Services, the MBTA Services, the Approved Additional Services and the Approved WiMax Services, HTI may provide to Subscribers through the HTI Telematics Communicators, Other Telematics Communicators or LCT Communicators other than by means of Embedded Cellular Technology or WiMax such other telematics services as HTI has the capability to provide (each an “Other Telematics Service”); provided, however ***.

  • PASS Services are designed to assist children and youth with attaining goals and identifying objectives within three areas: activities of daily living, making self- preserving decisions, and participating in social roles and social settings.

  • HTI will offer the PASS Services and the MBTA Services (other than those services designated on Exhibit A-2 as premium services) to original owners and lessees of MCG Vehicles without any Subscription Fee or Ancillary Fees for the first year of subscription service (from the date of such purchase or lease), which fees shall be deemed to be included in the purchase or lease price, as applicable, paid by the original owner or lessee of such MCG Vehicle.

  • OSRAM will use Customer Materials solely for performance of the PASS Services.

  • HTI will ensure that the PASS Services and the MBTA Services meet or exceed the specific service levels in Exhibit B and will maintain reasonable competitiveness of the PASS Services and the MBTA Services, including with respect to the price and quality thereof (“Reasonable Competitiveness”).

  • HTI shall have the right to assess charges against Subscribers whose use of the PASS Services and MBTA Services exceed certain limitations *** (collectively, “Excessive Use Charges”) and which Excessive Use Charges shall not constitute Subscription Fees or Ancillary Fees.

  • OSRAM warrants to the Customer that the PASS Services shall be performed in a commercially reasonable and diligent manner, taking into consideration that the PASS Services are generally provided without cost to the Customer.

  • A dichotomous distinction is made between the in‐group and the out‐group.

Related to PASS Services

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Tyler performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services.

  • Hospice services means symptom and pain management to a terminally ill individual, and emotional, spiritual and bereavement services for the individual and their family in a place of temporary or permanent residence, and may include the provision of home health and home care services for the terminally ill individual.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
