Patent Assignments definition

Patent Assignments means the Patent Assignments, effective as of the Distribution, executed and delivered by TII to Water Pik.
Patent Assignments means the patent assignment agreement pursuant to which Seller assigns to Buyer the Patent Rights, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Patent Assignments

Patent Assignments. The several Patent Assignments, dated or to be dated on or prior to the Closing Date, made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in favor of the Agent and in form and substance satisfactory to the Banks and the Agent.
Patent Assignments means an assignment transferring all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all registered Assigned Patents to Buyer, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C, and such other documents as may be required to be filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or any other Governmental Authority to effect the transfer of the registered Assigned Patents.
