Patent Committee definition

Patent Committee shall have the meaning set out in Section 10.2(a).

Examples of Patent Committee in a sentence

  • As agreed upon by the Parties, meetings of the Patent Committee may be face-to-face or may be conducted by teleconferences or videoconferences, from time to time as needed.

  • An asserted potential Essential Patent Claim for which an assurance cannot be obtained (e.g., a Letter of Assurance is not provided or the Letter of Assurance indicates that assurance is not being provided) shall be referred to the Patent Committee.

  • Any member of the Patent Committee may designate a substitute, who shall be an employee of the applicable Party, to attend with prior written notice to the other Party.

  • The Patent Committee shall endure for the Term and, by mutual agreement, beyond the Term.
