Upon Contractor’s completion and delivery of each Deliverable stated in the SOW, Contractor will submit a Payment Invoice, together with an accurate description of the Deliverable, to Procuring Agency.
Payment shall be made upon acceptance of each deliverable and upon the receipt and acceptance of a detailed, certified Payment Invoice.
