Actual charge definition

Actual charge means the fee charged by the provider for all children attending the same program as determined in subsection (a) of section 17b-749-13 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies;

Actual charge shall have the meaning set forth in ‎Section 5.01(c).
Actual charge means the charge for the covered service by the provider who furnishes it.
