Company is validly existing and duly organized under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it was formed with all authority, qualifications, licenses and registrations necessary to conduct its business, in all jurisdictions where Company conducts business, in compliance with all Laws and Payment Network Regulations.
Further, Company acknowledges and agrees that the Payment Networks have the right to audit Company’s business to confirm compliance with the Payment Network Regulations.
The Payment Network Regulations are incorporated into the Agreement by reference as if they were fully set forth in the Agreement.
Merchant will comply with all Laws and Payment Network Regulations.

Merchant shall determine in accordance with the Payment Network Regulations and the Agreement which types of Payment Devices it will agree to accept as a form of payment from its Customers.
Company will be responsible for ensuring that its telecommunications connectivity, and any such connectivity provided by any third party on behalf of Company, is properly certified and maintained and complies with applicable industry rules and regulations, including Payment Network Regulations.
Company acknowledges that the Payment Networks have the right to audit Company’s operations to confirm compliance with the Payment Network Regulations.
