Peer support team member means an individual who is a member of a peer support team and is specially trained to provide peer support services as a member of a peer support team.

Peer support team member means any law enforcement officer, tribal law enforcement officer, jail officer, juvenile deten- tion officer, fire fighter, dispatcher, emergency medical respon- der, emergency medical services practitioner, public safety per- sonnel, ambulance service provider personnel, civilian employee or volunteer member of a law enforcement agency, or other person who has been trained in peer support services and officially desig- nated by the agency head or the agency head’s designee to be a member of the agency’s peer support team.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral, and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee, and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Tier 2 Support means the Esri Technical Support provided to the Tier 1 Help Desk when a Case cannot be resolved through Tier 1 Support.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.
