Pensionable Authority Employee means an Authority Employee who is a member of or is entitled to be a member of the [NHS Pension Scheme] [LGPS] on or immediately prior to the Relevant Service Transfer Date;]

More Definitions of Pensionable Authority Employee

Pensionable Authority Employee means a Transferring Employee who is a member of or is entitled to be a member of the LGPS on or immediately prior to the Commencement of Service Date.

Related to Pensionable Authority Employee

  • pensionable service means service which may be taken into account in computing pension under these Regulations;

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).
