Per Unit Value definition

Per Unit Value means the product of (i) 100% and (ii) the volume-weighted average price of the Common Units on the New York Stock Exchange during the 20 trading days immediately preceding the Per Unit Valuation Date, calculated using data from Bloomberg.

Per Unit Value means (a) the Bonus Pool with respect to any Fund as of the applicable Bonus Determination Date divided by (b) the aggregate number of Units allocable with respect to such Fund, as of the applicable Bonus Determination Date, as determined by the Committee. For avoidance of doubt, the Per-Unit Value shall account for any adjustment approved by the Committee to issue or re-issue or allocate or re-allocate unallocated or forfeited Units.

Per Unit Value means the excess of the Market Value of a Share on the last day of the Quarter in which the Phantom Stock Unit is earned over $21.00, but such Market Value shall be limited to $36.25 prior to the earlier of a Change in Control or the Board of Directors of the Corporation approving a proposal or transaction that could result in a Change in Control.

• Equipment Items with Per Unit Value of Less than $5,000 – The School may retain, sell or otherwise dispose of equipment with a per unit value of less than $5,000 without any further obligation to the awarding agency.

Per Unit Value means (i) $10.50 less (ii) the exercise price for each share of Acquired Corporation Stock subject to such option or warrant. Schedule 3.1 to the Acquired Corporation's Disclosure Supplement sets forth the names of all persons holding Acquired Corporation Options and Acquired Corporation Warrants, the number of shares of Acquired Corporation common stock subject to such options and warrants, the exercise price and the expiration date of such options and warrants.

Per Unit Value. — means, on any given date, the amount derived by dividing the most recently determined Aggregate Value by the then-current number of Units Outstanding. The Board may, in its sole discretion, provide that the Per Unit Value under certain circumstances or in certain cases be calculated by reference to a subsequent or earlier Aggregate Value.

Per Unit Value means, (a) $16.10 per each Opco Common Unit and (b) $.05 per each Class B Unit.

Per Unit Value increments shall be granted to newly employed bargaining unit members in accordance with semester units of upper division college or university courses successfully completed.

Per Unit Value increments will not be granted for upper division units taken before the Baccalaureate Degree is granted except when such units have been accrued during the semester of graduation.
