The Committee may grant Stock Appreciation Rights either alone, or in conjunction with Stock Options, Performance Grants or other Awards, either at the time of grant or by amendment thereafter.
Performance Grants are contingent awards subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Paragraph 8, pursuant to which the participant may become entitled to receive cash, Common Shares, Other Company Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.
Performance Grants may be made on such terms and conditions not inconsistent with the Plan, and in such form or forms, as the Committee may from time to time approve.
