Product Schedule. Each individual Product Schedule shall include a period of performance. In the event that any Product Schedule period of performance extends beyond the Term, the Term shall automatically be extended and remain in effect until such time as the Product Schedule period of performance is completed.
Product Schedule. 4.1 Subject to adjustments in production and delivery schedule pursuant to Sections 6.3 and 12.5 of this Agreement, Solectron shall manufacture Products for Customer in accordance with the production schedule to be agreed on in writing by the parties no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date (the “Production Schedule”). Subject to Solectron’s right to adjust the product and delivery schedule in accordance with Sections 6.3 and 12.5 hereof, the Production Schedule set forth in Schedule 4. shall be modified only by a writing signed by both Customer and Solectron.
Product Schedule. 3.1 The parties may from time to time agree a Product Schedule applicable only to the Product(s) to be licensed under that Product Schedule (unless otherwise expressly provided). The parties agree that Products shall be licensed and supplied in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in particular the applicable Product Schedule.
3.2 When executed, each Product Schedule will be deemed to be incorporated into and form part of this Agreement and will not form a separate contract.
3.3 If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of any Product Schedule and the provisions of this Agreement (other than the Product Schedule), unless otherwise specified in a Product Schedule, the provisions of this Agreement (other than the Product Schedule) will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency or conflict.
3.4 Once a Product Schedule has been agreed and validly executed by the parties (the date of which (and, where more than one date is shown on a Product Schedule, then the later of which dates) shall be known as the “Product Schedule Signature Date”), no amendment will be made to a Product Schedule except in accordance with Clause 34.1.
Product Schedule. Where Supplier wishes to supply, and JDSU wishes to purchase, a Product pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the parties shall complete and sign a document substantially in the form shown as Exhibit G (Product Schedule) for that Product. Upon the effective date of such Product Schedule, the supply and purchase of such Product shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement until removal of such Product from this Agreement in accordance with its terms or upon the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms. For greater certainty, the terms of this Agreement shall apply to all Products purchased from Supplier by JDSU, even if not listed in a Product Schedule. For greater clarity, nothing herein shall limit JDSU’s right to manufacture, assemble and/or produce Products internally, and/or use one or more contract manufacturers or suppliers for the partial and/or intermediate supply and/or assembly of Products or component materials of products, each as determined by JDSU.
Product Schedule. “Product Schedule” means a schedule, as amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties, that (i) references this Agreement and is executed by the parties hereto, (ii) sets forth information relating to a Product to be manufactured for Buyer pursuant to this Agreement and applicable Orders, and (iii) is attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.
Product Schedule. This sets out the special conditions applicable to the Product and your participation in the Demand Response Program.
Product Schedule. (a) Prior to the commencement of any Formulation Development or Development Activities with respect to a Named Product, the Parties shall work together, through the JSC, to establish specifications (in each case, “Product Specifications”) for such Named Product. Aquanova shall also prepare a Product Budget, together with the JSC, for such Named Product for JOT’s review and approval. The Product Specifications, together with the approved Product Budget applicable to such Named Product, shall be mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties (each, a “Product Schedule”).
(b) JOT shall designate a Nominated Product by providing written notice to Aquanova (each, a “Nominated Product Notice”). Each Nominated Product is subject to acceptance by Aquanova. Once accepted by Aquanova, the Parties shall work together, through the JSC, to establish the Product Specifications for such Nominated Product. Aquanova shall prepare a Product Budget, together with the JSC, for such Nominated Product for JOT’s review and approval. The Product Schedule containing the Product Specifications, together with the approved Product Budget applicable to such Nominated Product, shall be mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties. Upon the mutual agreement in writing by the Parties of a Product Schedule for such Nominated Product, such Nominated Product shall be designated a Product. Each Product Schedule shall be handed to the Parties as an original copy for each Party duly signed by both Parties A Product Schedule may only be amended upon the mutual written agreement of both Parties. If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in a Product Schedule and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern unless the Product Schedule expressly refers to the Parties’ intent to alter the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to a particular provision for purposes of that Product Schedule only. Product Schedule. For hollow-metal doors and frames, prepared by or under the supervision of supplier, using same reference numbers for details and openings as those on Drawings. Coordinate with final door hardware schedule.

Product Schedule. The Associated Center Procedure Kits and BriteSmile Center Procedure Kits, and, when required, individual Kit componentry, (the "Products") are to be supplied by Supplier and purchased by Buyer for its BriteSmile Centers, Associated Centers, and International Distributors hereunder and are listed in the attached Schedule A, together with the applicable pricing and Specifications. Schedule A may be amended to add, modify or delete Products, or to modify pricing, Specifications or other related terms, by mutual written agreement of the parties. In such event, the parties shall execute a modified Schedule A or an addendum thereto, which shall be attached to and become part of this Agreement.
