Performing Parties definition

Performing Parties. As defined in Schedule 20.6(x)(B).
Performing Parties means the United States, the State, the ASARCO Trust, and potentially responsible parties who have entered into or may enter into an agreement with the United States or the State for performance of response actions at the Site.

Examples of Performing Parties in a sentence

  • At all times during the term of this Contract, Contractor and all other Performing Parties must pay the Base Wage (as adjusted in accordance with the above).

  • At all times during the Term, you and all other Performing Parties must pay the Base Wage (as adjusted in accordance with the above).

  • If the payment of prevailing wages is required for Services done under this Agreement, and the prevailing wages for Covered Employees are higher than the Base Wage, then you and all other Performing Parties must pay the prevailing wage rates.

  • You must pay your Covered Employees, and must assure that all other Performing Parties pay their Covered Employees, not less than the minimum hourly rate as determined in accordance with this provision (the "Base Wage") for all Services performed under this Agreement.

  • If the payment of prevailing wages is required for Services done under this Agreement, and the prevailing wages for Covered Employees are higher than the Base Wage, then Contractor and all other Performing Parties must pay the prevailing wage rates.

  • The obligations of the Performing Parties in this subsection (d) to contribute are several in the proportions described in the preceding sentence and not joint.

  • At all times during the term of this Agreement, Contractor and all other Performing Parties must pay the Base Wage (as adjusted in accordance with the above).

  • At all times during the term of this Contract, Consultant and all other Performing Parties must pay the Base Wage (as adjusted in accordance with the above).

  • In such event, in addition to all other Landlord’s rights and remedies, Tenant shall remain liable for all costs, expenses, fees, charges, fines, penalties and damages as a result of Tenant’s such failure to deliver and surrender the Demised Premises in the condition required, and shall pay or reimburse the same to Landlord or any other Performing Parties, plus five percent (5%) of the amount thereof for administrative expenses, within ten (10) days of written demand therefor.

  • Except as described in paragraph C below, you and/or any subcontractor or any other entity that provides any portion of the Services (collectively "Performing Parties") must pay the Chicago Minimum Wage and provide the Sick Leave Benefits to Covered Employees providing the Services.


More Definitions of Performing Parties

Performing Parties means the Respondents under this Settlement with EPA. “Portland Harbor Willbridge Cove Project Area Disbursement Special Account
Performing Parties means each entity who signs this Settlement Agreement [the Funded RD ASAOC] with EPA.
Performing Parties means each entity who signs a Funded RD ASAOC (as defined herein) with EPA to perform RD at the Site, pursuant to Sections 104, 107 and 122 of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. §§ 9604, 9607 and 9622 .

Related to Performing Parties

  • Performing Party As defined in Section 11.12.

  • Non-Performing Party The Party who is in breach of, or is otherwise failing to perform, its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Settling Parties means, collectively, Defendant and Plaintiffs, individually and on behalf of the Class and all Released Persons.

  • Selling Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.
