Period Charter Agreement definition

Period Charter Agreement means a contract to charter a Tanker of the type then owned or controlled by a Partnership Group Member for an agreed period of time in excess of twelve months at a set rate per day.
Period Charter Agreement means a contract to charter a tanker vessel of the type then owned or controlled by the Corporation for an agreed period of time in excess of three months at a set rate per day under which the charterer pays for the vessel’s voyage expenses, such as fuel and port dues, and the owner is responsible for providing crew and paying operating expenses.
